We do not collect financial information on our website or any sensitive information from visitors.  For e-commerce payments, all information is collected by a third party gateway payment on their secure servers.

Money paid online through our website is through plimus.com which is an independent third party; Plimus.com terms and conditions apply to any e-commerce transaction through our website.  All online reservations have a small admin fee of $100 to be paid in advance for Vision Travel Services to start preparation for your tour, hotel reservation or any other service offered on our website. The $100 will be deducted from the overall price of the chosen service / reservation.

The $100 fee is non refundable in case of no show or cancellation, it is used for admin fees in arranging the services required. The remaining balance of the fees for the chosen package have to be paid through bank transfer at least 1 week in advance of providing such services, failure to send full payment by the deadline will result in cancellation of your reservations / services and partial refund of any money paid over the $100, depending on time of cancellation and the amount of money paid. Individual Hotel’s Terms & Conditions may apply for cancellation / no show of hotel reservations.

If planning well in advance for your visit, we can arrange for easy payment installments, as long as the full amount has been paid at least 1 week in advance of the date of your visit.  Contact us for more details.
